Abrams’ « Lost » almost had a completely different cast
Scenario
Survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island… J. See which A-listers missed out on one of the most popular TV shows of all time.
However, when Koreans get married, the wife never takes her husband’s last name
Sawyer’s character was originally supposed to be an older, smooth, suit-wearing city slicker from Buffalo, New York. However, when Josh Holloway forgot a line during an audition and then kicked his chair in frustration and swore loudly, the writers liked the edge of Sawyer’s character and decided to write Sawyer as more of a southern, darker drifter. Jin and Sun are married, and their last name is « Kwon, » which becomes a major plot point in the final season.
Edited in Lost: The Journey (2005)
In fact, in Korea, it’s not even allowed to marry someone with the same last name, except in rare cases.. [repeat line] Desmond Hume: See you in the next life, bro.. The weird opening credits were designed by JJ Abrams on his laptop in black and white as an homage to The Twilight Zone.
This seems like a hit
This is a really good show with really good writers. There are a lot of subplots that keep you interested and looking forward to next week for more answers to the many ever-growing mysteries surrounding the island that has a group of plane crash survivors stranded. I also like how the writers delve into the backstories of each of the main characters, making them more interesting to the viewer.
It’s great to have some TV that doesn’t involve CSIs, cops, lawyers, or doctors
There are a lot of mysterious events happening on the island, and there’s a lot of drama between the characters on the show. !
